LG Network Blu-ray Disc Player

Just found out about this. LG has a BD300 Network Blu-ray Disc Player that also works as a 1080p upscaling DVD player, and can also stream Netflix movies.

Nice, but I'm still partial to a Xbox 360 Console. Think about it...Netflix streaming movies (with Xbox Live and Netflix sub), online chat (with Xbox Live sub), gaming, video chat (with Xbox Live sub), multiplayer Street Fighter IV, ability to hook up to Media Center and play your music, use as a Karaoke machine with Lips...I could go on, of course.

Food Lust - Hamburger America

Have you seen this book? If you're a hamburger lover as I am, or even if you're a hamburger virgin, this book is a MUST HAVE! The author has driven across the continental U.S. and discovered the tastiest burger mash-ups.

Some cool burgers like one that is sooo tasty it is just the bun and the grilled beef patty. What about the burger that has 2 Hebrew National beef franks and a slice of cheese on top?

To top it off, the book comes with a documentary DVD that shows the author's travels. I'm getting hungry just thinking about this!

Not sure how safe this gadget will be. I'd certainly not try it.

Anyway, there's a new gadget coming out called Real Touch that is supposed to give you the real feel. It's actually a USB-powered device that synchs to whatever video you might be watching.

hmmm...let me know what you think if you buy one. I think I'll have to pass though.

well, the beta build that is. Windows 7 is FAST, more intuitive, and fast...boot time is faster, operations in the shell are faster.

usability enhancements such as seeing windows by hovering over them are just intuitive. "Why didn't it work like this before?"

drivers shouldn't be a concern for you as most will be auto-recognized. for any that are not, use the latest Vista version driver.
